Can I See The Numbers of Opted-in Subscribers?
Federal guidelines prevent the sharing and incorrect usage of numbers collected during a text
campaign. In short, unforturnately no.
Can I Upload A List of Numbers?
You can give us a call to discuss your use case. There are some situations where a starting list can
be uploaded. You cannot upload a list containing anyone that did not consent to being texted by you.
Can I Send Out To Other Lists On Just Text It?
Each organization directs their own lists that are completely seperate from one another.
Who Has Access To My Account?
You can add as many Users to your account as you would like. Users can log in and send out text
messages, engage in chat, etc.
Just Text It staff can log in on the back end to offer you support or assistance.
